- 2 removal in max 3 days
- 3 removal after 7 days
We not accept removal if:
- your ip is blocked on one of this RBL lists [b.barracudacentral.org, bl.mailspike.net, bl.spamcop.net, cbl.abuseat.org, psbl.surriel.com, zen.spamhaus.org]
- your ip have no PTR [Reverse DNS]
- if your email address not exist
- we not accept ip removal requests from free email accounts
- if you not enter any comment in removal request
- please explain us why your ip is sending spam? If you don't know anything about spam, please contact with your mailserver administrator
